WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We perform quality inspections on all of our designs and are confident that all orders are up to standard prior to being shipped.
If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact us at info@enbelleepoque.com and our customer satisfaction team will be pleased to assist you.
We accept returns on non-personalized designs within 14 days of delivery date. Items purchased as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise. International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. En Belle Époque is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
*Please Note: Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY ON SALE ITEMS?
Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final - no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been finalized we are unable to cancel and refund your order.
I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT ANOTHER COLOR. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY DESIGN?
We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalized.
