DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First-Class Mail or UPS Ground for all orders shipping to locations within the United States. Pending credit verification, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your product order within 3-7 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking number the day your shipment is released to the USPS or UPS.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. You can choose other options (like Priority Mail international, DHL, or UPS). Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year, and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and customs duties/clearances associated with shipping to their respective countries. Please note that these charges are beyond our control and are at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?
All of our orders are processed via our website. Upon fulfilling your item, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking information (where applicable) to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. Your shipment is then sent within 1-2 days to be processed via USPS or UPS. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail to see if there is any information regarding your order.
